In a survey conducted in November 2022, over 37 percent of consumers aged 30 to 39 in Japan reported using the internet to do online banking. A total of 26 percent of respondents who used the internet at least occasionally reported doing online banking.

30-39 years: n=629 

40-49 years: n=901 

50-59 years: n=881 

60-69 years: n=789

70-79 years: n=497 

80 years or older: n=104
