According to a survey conducted in South Korea in early 2023, around 31 percent of teenage respondents as well as those in their twenties stated that they played games on metaverse platforms very often. Overall, about 78 percent of users engaged in metaverse gaming, which was the most common activity undertaken on metaverse platforms.
