Take-up of industrial and logistics real estate in Portugal H1 2019-H1 2023
In Portugal, the industrial and logistics market has grown over recent years. In the first half of 2019, the take-up amounted to almost 74 thousand square meters. From then on, it increased until in the first half of 2021. By 2023, take-up volume was higher than ever, at approximately 308 thousand square meters, which represented a growth of 93 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.
