Most common reasons to cook fish dishes in Japan 2023
In a survey conducted in February 2023 in Japan regarding the most common reasons for cooking fish dishes, the majority of the respondents stated that they do so because it is good for their health, accounting for approximately 82 percent. Moreover, around 57 percent of the respondents stated that they cook fish dishes because it tastes good.
