Real estate investment volume in Portugal 2022-2023, by sector
In Portugal, the hospitality sector was responsible for the largest share of real estate investment in 2022, at 33 percent. To compare, office spaces accounted for 27 percent of real estate investment. Furthermore, the industrial and logistics segment received 18 percent of the total investment. In the following year, hospitality continued to be the most relevant sector, with 37 percent of investment, but it was followed by retail, with 35 percent.
