During a survey among audio advertising listeners in Brazil published in October 2024, over half (or 54 percent) reported recalling radio ads in between programs and music. Merchandising made by announcers during radio programs and ad insertions on mobile apps' playlists rounded the top three, respectively mentioned by 25 and 24 percent of respondents. According to the same study, 54 percent of Brazilian listeners paid attention to radio ads in 2024.
