In the United States, millennial consumers of clothes gave insight on what channels influence them when purchasing clothes in 2023. An extensive share of respondents, 90 percent, value costumer ratings and reviews before purchasing clothes, while around 85 percent are influenced by costumer photos and videos. Recommendations from friends and family is an important factor for more than 50 percent of millennial apparel consumers.
