According to a consumer sentiment survey conducted in the first half of 2023, 28 percent of the respondents would prefer to buy a house that will be ready in a year. Another 27 percent of the respondents would prefer to buy a newly launched property and 26 percent would prefer to buy a ready to move in residential real estate.
