In 2022, global business-to-business (B2B) companies in the health and beauty industry invested in a variety of different online digital channels. Mobile apps were invested in by the vast majority, over 70 percent of respondents, with a large sum of respondents also investing in social media channels, more than 65 percent. Websites are also preferred by more than 50 percent of health and beauty companies.

The survey included 4,102 responses from professionals in the field that hold a higher leadership role across North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Japan, and Europe.
