In a 2023 conducted survey among consumers of goods and services in Australia, the leading technology consumers found useful when researching health and beauty products was being able to check in-store stock availability online before purchasing an item in a physical store, with around 58 percent of respondents valuing this. Search filters to create targeted results aligning with customers' needs or budget was also viewed as highly useful among the health and beauty consumers surveyed.
