The average revenue per user (ARPU) in the European car-sharing market has been and is projected to remain relatively stable at between 250 and 260 euros, rising slightly over time. The exception were 2020 and 2021, when the European transport sector was heavily impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, and the ARPU in the car-sharing market dropped to around two-thirds of its pre-pandemic levels.
