Share of young people in the U.S. using self-care methods for mental health 2023
A 2023 survey conducted among young people in the U.S. found that over 90 percent were using self-care methods for managing their mental health and emotions. This group of individuals mostly turned to listening to music as a self-care method for managing their mental health, as stated by about 72 percent of respondents.
