Reasons for not taking childcare leave in South Korea 2017-2022

According to a survey conducted in South Korea for the time period of 2022, around 43 percent of respondents stated that they did not take childcare leave as it would increase the work burden of their colleagues. About one in four reported that it was discouraged by the work environment or company culture.
