Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott had the largest average annual contract in the NFL as of December 2024, valued at around 60 million U.S. dollars. Second on the list was Joe Burrow, who led the Cincinnati Bengals to their first Super Bowl in over 30 years in 2021, where they were beaten 23-20 by the Los Angeles Rams.
