According to a survey conducted in South Korea for the time period of 2022, around 44 percent of respondents stated that they were well aware of their right to reduce their working time due to pregnancy. Overall, about 86 percent reported some level of awareness regarding shortened work times. In South Korea, pregnant workers may shorten their work times to six hours per day during or after their pregnancies.
