According to the survey conducted in the United States in June 2023, 39 percent of responding small business (SMB) owners and marketing decision-makers stated they saved between 26 and 40 minutes in a week by using artificial intelligence (AI) and/or automation technology for their marketing. Around 33 percent of SMBs saved more than 40 minutes per week by using AI.
