Women were more likely to resell unneeded fashion items on flea market applications in Japan, according to a survey conducted in August 2023. While 34 percent of female respondents in their twenties made use of flea market apps to dispose of unneeded clothing and accessories, only a quarter of men in the same age group used this method.
