During an August 2023 survey in the United States, around 28 percent of NFL fans aged 18 to 29 stated that they spend over one thousand U.S. dollars each year on sports betting. By comparison, 56 percent of NFL fans aged 30 or older claimed to have never spent money on sports bets.
