The number of cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs) both produced and sold in Czechia increased in the observed period. While in 1996, 87.5 thousand cars were sold domestically in Czechia, this figure rose to over 105 thousand cars in 2023. Highest domestic car sales were recorded in 2017 at over 111 thousand cars.
