2,612 of the examinees in the screening test for gifted and talented students in Arab education in Israel in the 2021/22 school year were girls. The number of girls sent for the screening test was slightly higher than the number of boys, which was 2,524. Girls represented nearly 51 percent of all examinees sent for screening tests that year. In comparison, the share of girls sent for screening tests in Hebrew education in the country in the same year was only 37 percent.

Based on the screening test score, some of the examinees are recommended to programs for the gifted or programs for outstanding children.
District refers to district in which school is located. Districts according to administrative distribution of the Ministry of Education. Examinees in the Tel Aviv District are not presented due to the small number of cases.
