In 2023, global online shoppers of beauty products expected their orders to be delivered to them after an average of 2.24 days. More than 50 percent of consumers of beauty products expect fast deliveries of their online orders. Around a fifth of shoppers expected their delivery to be made in less than two hours, while 38 percent believed their orders should be delivered in less than 24 hours.

The survey included 31,647 consumers across 18 international markets; UK, US, France, Spain, China, Japan, Australia, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, India, Poland, UAE, Netherlands, Germany, South Africa and Thailand.
