As of July 1st, 2024, the South East was the region with the largest network of publicly accessible rapid electric vehicle charging points. The South East of England counted nearly 1,670 charging infrastructures, which was over 250 more than those recorded in Scotland, which was second in the ranking. Greater London, which was the region with the overall largest EV charging network in the United Kingdom, ranked sixth for rapid charging availability.
