According to a consumer survey by Vodus Insights, as of the first quarter of 2023, the majority of respondents in Malaysia preferred to purchase durable fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) products through offline channels. A total of 63 percent of the respondents said they had bought kitchen surface cleaner and toilet cleaner offline in the last six months. By comparison, 13 percent of the consumers bought the same products online.
