In 2023, global online consumers of health and pharmaceutical products expect their orders to be delivered on average after 1.59 days. A significant amount of consumers also expect fast deliveries of health and pharma orders. While a little over 30 percent of respondents believe their delivery should come in less than two hours, more than 50 percent think that their orders should be delivered within 24 hours.

The survey included 31,647 consumers across 18 international markets; UK, US, France, Spain, China, Japan, Australia, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, India, Poland, UAE, Netherlands, Germany, South Africa and Thailand.
