Based on self-submitted car history reports, used cars from Model Year 2009 and 2011 were most likely to have their odometers rolled back in Romania, with around 25.5 and 23.9 percent of these cars including odometer fraud in their car history. In contrast, the lowest rate of odometer fraud was recorded for cars from the 2021 Model Year.
