Based on self-submitted car history reports, sedans were Serbia's most popular used vehicle body type in 2022 and between January and June 2023. Used sport-utility vehicles climbed from fourth most common car type to second in the first five months of 2023, with a share of 19.4 percent of the self-submitted used car reports. This reflects a larger global trend on the used car market, where SUVs are gaining popularity.
