According to a survey conducted among privately insured patients in Spain in May 2021, over half of the respondents who had a first remote medical consultation said they would use telemedicine services again, with 20 percent indicating a high probability of doing so. In contrast, around 45 percent of the interviewed patients stated a low likelihood of having another remote consultation with a doctor. Based on another survey carried out in the same year, nearly two thirds of respondents considered a health problem of theirs was solved following a telemedicine consultation.
