According to a survey on social media advertising conducted by Rakuten Insight in July 2023, approximately 62 percent of female respondents and 55 percent of male respondents in Singapore indicated that advertisements developed based on customer reviews were the most influential among all types of social media advertisements. Meanwhile, around seven percent of respondents from both genders did not find any type of social media ad impactful.
