A study conducted in Spain in June 2022 found that women interviewed were more likely than men to make use of telemedicine. During the year prior to the survey, approximately 63.2 percent of female respondents stated using telemedicine services, while the share of male users reached around 47.4 percent. When considering age, individuals aged between 26 and 40 were the most frequent users of these type of healthcare services.
