According to a 2023 survey conducted in Indonesia, approximately 46.42 percent of male respondents said they preferred to purchase beauty and care products in-store, whereas 35.96 percent of female respondents shared the same opinion. On the other hand, around 35.17 percent of female respondents said they choose to purchase online.
