According to a survey on social media advertising conducted by Rakuten Insight in July 2023, approximately 43 percent of respondents from both genders in Vietnam indicated that they occasionally purchased items, between three to six times in the past year, after viewing sponsored advertisements on social media platforms. Meanwhile, four percent of female respondents and six percent of male respondents preferred not to purchase any items after viewing an ad on social media.
