In 2023, the number of fixed (wired) internet subscriptions in Kenya amounted to approximately 1.03 million, of which the majority consisted of fixed fiber optic data with 834,911 subscribers. In the same year, roughly 198,000 had a fixed cable model, whereas just 193 had a DSL subscription.
