Companies in the IT industry with women holding more than 20 percent of the senior management positions perform better in all measured financial metrics, compared to IT companies having less than 15 percent women in such positions. For example, companies with more than 20 percent female leaders have almost doubled EBITDA margin compared with companies with less than 15 percent women in leadership roles.
