Trinidad and Tobago is expected to see the largest productivity loss amongst Caribbean countries due to the impact of climate change. By the year 2030, labor productivity in Trinidad and Tobago is forecast to drop by 5.2 percent – when compared to the average productivity between 1986 and 2006 – and by nearly 16 percent by the year 2100. Meanwhile, climate change is only projected to impact Saint Lucia's labor productivity between 0.6 and 2.1 percent over the same period of time.
