During the financial year 2024, the World Heritage Sites of Ajanta, Ellora, and the Elephanta caves in Indian state of Maharashtra were the leading recipients of funding, amounting to around 325 million Indian rupees. Delhi's Red Fort, Qutub Minar, and Humayun's Tomb were the second-highest funding recipients.
