During a survey among internet users stating they would pay for premium audio content in Spain between December 2022 and January 2023, 65 percent of respondents said they would do so to avoid commercial break interruptions. This was followed by 50 percent of respondents stating that they would pay for audio content to listen without signal or when offline without having to consume data.
