In June 2023, global users spent 17.3 percent more on mobile apps compared to the corresponding month in 2022. In comparison, mobile gaming apps generated three percent more in spending among users worldwide in the same period. In May 2023, mobile app spending increased 22 percent more compared to May 2022, while mobile gaming app spending grew by almost four percent year-over-year in the examined month.
