During the 2021-2022 flu season, most confirmed cases of influenza A (H32N) in Canada affected people aged 20 to 44, with 805 detections. In the previous flu seasons, influenza A (H3N2) detections were more common among adults aged 65 and older, with 2,950 and 991 confirmed cases.
