Consumer association with higher quality grass-fed beef in Europe Q1 2023
In the first quarter of 2023, a survey asked consumers across Europe about their association of grass-fed beef with higher quality products. Almost half of Italian respondents associated grass-fed beef with higher quality, compared to only about 25 percent in the Netherlands.
