Reasons for companies to adopt metaverse India 2023
Based on a survey conducted in 2023, around 17 percent of business executives in the technology, media, and telecom sector in India expressed their company's interest in engaging with the metaverse to create virtual content for customer engagement. Meanwhile, 13 percent of respondents intended to use the metaverse to provide training and onboarding.
