Grocery loyalty program use frequency when shopping Australia 2022

In a survey conducted in 2022 among Australian loyalty program users, around 70 percent of those surveyed reported using a grocery loyalty program almost every time they shop. In comparison, only nine percent of respondents said they rarely or never used a supermarket loyalty scheme when buying groceries.
