As of July 2023, the Borssele Offshore Wind Farm was the largest operating offshore wind power plant in the Netherlands. The wind farm is located in the North Sea and has a capacity of over 1.5 gigawatts. This wind power plant was followed by Project Gemini, which has a capacity of roughly 600 megawatts.
