Activision Blizzard employees hiring and retention by gender 2022

In 2022, nearly seven in ten new hires of video game company Activision Blizzard were men. Additionally, close to 30 percent of new hires were female, and almost three percent of newly recruited employees during the year reported having a gender identity other than male or female, which included non-binary and other gender identities.
