In a survey conducted in June 2024, just over a third of Millennials (ages 25-49) in the United Kingdom reported shopping for technology and electronics via online channels. That figure stood at 36 percent of respondents aged 50 to 64 years old. Overall, the e-commerce user penetration for electronics and technology in the UK witnessed a significant increase since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
