In 2024, around 50 percent of loyalty program members in Australia indicated that they were active in all of the loyalty programs they were enrolled in. The share of loyalty program members active in all of their programs rose from 2022. The highest active loyalty program usage was recorded in 2015, with almost 60 percent of program members reporting actively using all of their loyalty program memberships.
