Factors influencing halal consumers' restaurant visits Indonesia 2023
A survey on the consumer perspective of the halal industry conducted in Indonesia in March 2023 found 44 percent of respondents stated that they would only go to restaurants with halal logo. This was followed by those who were comfortable visiting restaurants as long as they could choose menu made from chicken, beef and duck even though the restaurant did not have a halal logo and there was disclaimer of “no pork, no lard”.
