Ukrainians' employment barriers abroad 2022, by age group

The lack of language knowledge was cited as the main problem faced by displaced Ukrainians during job search among all age groups in 2022. Approximately one third of survey respondents aged 18 to 29 years did not know who to contact or where to go looking for a job. Nearly 40 percent of Ukrainians aged over 65 years experienced some other barriers not listed in the survey.
