Sectors with the highest rice consumption growth South Korea 2023
In 2023, rice consumption in the business sector of alcohol in South Korea grew by 61.9 percent compared to the previous year. This sector includes the manufacture of edible ethyl alcohol and neutral alcohol which are commonly used for making spirits such as soju. It was followed by the manufacture of snacks and cocoa products.
