According to the results of a survey held in late 2022, books falling into the biography genre were most read by Canadian book readers in that year, with 37 percent of book lovers and readers saying they had read a biography in 2022. Sci-fi and mystery books were also popular, whereas romance and business books fared less well in this regard.
