SDG index of Bengaluru India 2021
As of 2021, the Indian megacity of Bengaluru scored 69.07 on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Index. The city scored a 100 on responsible consumption and production and extremely high on affordable and clean energy. Compared to other indicators, the city scored low on indicators such as zero hunger and industry, innovation, and infrastructure. The Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) index has played a vital role in driving the SDG agenda in India. The index provides a holistic view of the social, economic, and environmental status of the country and its regions.
